The AI Assistant is currently being rolled out in phases. Initially, the focus is on answering complex financial questions. Over time, its capabilities will expand to include intelligent forecasting and proactive alerts.
Customers can sign up to participate in the pilot phase and be among the first to experience these new features.
The beta version already supports you with answers to complex financial questions. It offers:
- Quick insights into period comparisons
- Detailed breakdowns of revenues and expenses per period
- Real-time visibility into key financial ratios
This means you can dive deeper into your numbers with just a few prompts; no manual digging is required. It's designed to help you make faster, sharper decisions based on the data that matters most.
The beta version is currently available at no extra cost for Speedbooks users. Starting next year, the Speedbooks AI Assistant will operate on a credit-based system. Each question will use credits, and you'll receive a monthly allowance.
If you run out of credits, the assistant will pause, giving you the option to purchase additional credits. Your balance is always visible in the AI dashboard, so you stay in control.
The AI Assistant is currently in beta and being tested by a select group of customers. In the next phase, we’ll introduce intelligent forecasting, offering faster, deeper insights into liquidity based on scenarios and other inputs.
Once the AI Assistant becomes widely available, all customers and interests will be notified immediately.
